Bring prāṇa (vital life force) to your yoga practice with live tunes individually sculpted to each class. Sara has a gift for matching appropriate heart-centered music to the class she is playing for. She weaves uplifting verses with ancient mantras + sutras, creating an emotionally moving and motivating session, sure to leave all participants feeling alive, centered and seated in themselves.
